★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this agent....no one pick the call...worst hotel booking they made...برج العنوان للوحدات السكنية...rude people, bad service, no cleanliness, 2 beds for 3 people....travel agent least bothered to take a call....i will request air ariba not give this agent for further bookings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Air Arabia has provided the worst Institutional quarantine package through Cozmo travel. They have charged much more than any other travel agency. When you book the package, all Air arabia staff tell you that they have no clue which hotel will be provided (including call center)!?!! They said that you will get email in 2 days, but I got the email on 3rd day after repeated calls, emails just few hours before the flight took off. Lots of emergency contact numbers given but nobody picks up any number. One person picked up after repeatedly calling and said that its a wrong number. Another person said that someone else is responsible (Mohammad Ali). Kept calling repeatedly. Finally noone turned up for airport transfer. The address given on the voucher led me to a different location and it took me 30 minutes to find the correct location. Donot book through this agency ever! Not recommended at all. Highly unprofessional.
