★ ★ ★ ★ ★ في يوم السبت ٢٩رمضان بعد العصر تسوقنا في فرعكم بالسلام مول وكانت الموظفة في غاية الاهتمام وحسن التعامل جزاها الله خيرًا
واليوم ١٠/٠٥/٢٠٢٢ تذكرت واقعة حدثت مع الموظفة حيث جاء عميل لإرجاع المشتريات فذكرت له بكل لطف بأنها لا تستطيع الإرجاع لأنها لا تملك الرقم السري لزميلتها التي باعت له فحدث الخلاف بينهم
إقتراح :-يجب على زهور الريف إتاحة عملية الإرجاع في أي وقت فالعميل غير معني بشخص الموظف وانما تعامله مع المنشأة فيجب عليكم اصلاح الخطأ الذي حدث وكان سبب في الخلاف أعلاه.

Today, 05/10/2022, I remembered an incident that happened with the employee, where a customer came to return the purchases, so I kindly reminded him that she could not return because she did not have the password of her colleague who sold to him, and a dispute arose between them.
Suggestion:- Zohoor Al Reef should allow the return process at any time. The customer is not concerned with the employee's person, but rather his dealings with the facility. You must correct the error that occurred and was the cause of the above dispute.
