★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ranked 4 because good staff and rooms are spacious. But poor room cleaning, medium cooled & poor wifi service. Parking available outside with Bus service to Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a good budget hotel. I recommend. there is free WiFi. but it's far from Haram Masjid you can to call Uber car, the fare about 15 saudi riyals. Its very cheaper than local taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is good and services are also adequate. For instance they gave me an early check-in around 8 am in the morning, and their policy was like not before 4 pm.
One issue only, bus service to Haram is bad.
So I had to walk like 2 kms upto Main Haram Road (wich has Tunnels along it), then took the SAPTCO Bus for free, which comes and goes every 10 seconds. Amazing air conditioned buses, they also gave refreshing water bottles to the Hajis and others.
The Hotel is recommended for singles and couples not for families. The walk could be a problem and may not reach in time for the prayer to Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel during March 2015. Overall I rate it as good.
Pros:- Clean room, complimentary Wi-Fi is reliable, complimentary breakfast buffet is it exceptional with a wide variety of choices. Regular transfer service to and from Al-masjid Al-haraam.
Cons:-
Far from the Haram, tired decor. A/C unit a little noisy. Staff could do with a little more positive attitude, a smile and a salaam will go a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel looks good from outside only but the service is very bad. I tried their dinner once but it was very bad and old. After I'm done with it, I asked them to take the tray from the room and they told me I should leave it outside the room. I did so and no one came to take it. I called the cleanup guy to take it, he took it and put it beside the elevator and it stayed their till the next morning. I put the 'please clean' sign but no one came to clean the room. There were two glasses in the room for making tea but they were not clean and I had to wash them myself for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived for omarah at 4 am and the hotel refused to deliver room key before 6 am .. I had to leave my baggage at reception so I can catch salat at Al Haram.
Hotel is far from Al Haram, and transportation is not good.
My experience with this hotel is not good compared to my previous experiences with other hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, but not the best hotel I am giving it 3 stars because the air conditioner isn't that good, the TV has only 30 channel, the beds aren't that clean, the internet speed is good, also the breakfast was good but not so much.
