★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سويت سني عند دكتور محمد اسعارهم ناررر علشان كنت اتألم وخرب بعد اسبوع ورجع الالم ويوم رجعت يقلي تدفعي مره ثانيه للحشوه وكان في مريض يخاصمهم تقريبا نفس السبب ويقول كيف شغالين بدون ترخيص ولما سألت طلع فعلا تراخيصهم منتهيه عالعموم اتصلو على 937 وهم يجيبو حقكم مثل ما جبت حقي بدون ماتروحو تشتكو

وكلمتهم يرجعون لي مبلغها وقالو طيب ولحد الآن صار لي شهر ونص ولا حتى يردون علي!!!

Dr.. Doaa is a very distinguished and ethical doctor.. Her job is more than wonderful.. The whole family follows her with installations, fillings and nerve treatments, all of which are excellent and I always recommend her.. God bless her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تنبيه لكي لا تقع في نفس ماجرى لي : تم حجز موعد لديهم الساعه ٣ عصر وعند وصولي لموقع العيادة اتصلت بي موظفة الاستقبال بعدم استقبال الدكتور محمد اي حاله واخبرتها انني متواجد بنفس العياده وعند حضوري لها وجهتني لدى الدكتور الذي بدوره افاد بان الادوات ناقصه وتوجد في غرفة التعقيم ولا تستطيع ان تخرج من التعقيم إلا بعد ساعتين اخبرته بانني اسكن بعيد عن مقر العياده ولم يفيدني باي شيء إلا مقولته نحن نبحث عن المال ولو فيه ادوات كان بديت فيك علما ان دوام الدكتور على وشك الانتهاء .
تقيمي للمجمع بتعاونهم مع المرضى ٠ صفر
نصيحتي لكم عدم التعاون معهم حتى يتم احترامهم للعميل .

I told him that I live far from the clinic, and he did not help me with anything except that he said that we are looking for money, and if there were tools, I would have started with you, knowing that the doctor’s work is about to end.
My evaluation of the complex for their cooperation with patients is 0
My advice to you is not to cooperate with them until they respect the customer.
