أول كلية على مستوى المملكة تقوم بتطبيق التعليم المبنى على حل المعضلات الطبية منذ إنشائها في العام 2000 / 2001 ، وقد استفادت عدد من كليات الطب من داخل المملكة وبعض الدول المجاورة من هذه التجربة، حيث حظيت الكلية خلال السنوات الماضية بزيارات متعددة من هذه الكليات للوقوف على تجربة الكلية في هذا المنهج.
حصلت كلية الطب على الاعتراف الدولي حسب معايير الأتحاد العالمى للتعليم الطبى كثاني كلية طب على مستوى المملكة في العام 2013 علما أن هذا الأعتراف لم يحصل عليه في المملكة الا كليتي طب فقط ، علاوة على ذلك فإن الكلية أنتهت من زيارة وفد المحكمين الخارجيين من الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم و الاعتماد الأكاديمي في مايو 2016 لاعتماد برنامج الطب، حيث أنها ستكون بإذن الله تعالى أول كلية يتم اعتماد برنامجها المبنى على حل المعضلات الطبية، وثاني كلية طب على مستوى المملكة تحصل على الاعتماد البرامجي، وفي حال الاعتماد من الهيئة الوطنية، ستكون أول كلية طب في المملكة لديها اعتماد وطني واعتراف دولي من هيئات معتمدة.

The first college in the Kingdom to implement education based on solving medical dilemmas since its establishment in the year 2000/2001, a number of medical colleges from within the Kingdom and some neighboring countries have benefited from this experience, as during the past years the college has had multiple visits from these colleges to find out College experience in this curriculum.
The College of Medicine obtained international recognition as per the standards of the World Federation for Medical Education as the second college of medicine at the Kingdom’s level in the year 2013, knowing that this recognition was not obtained in the Kingdom except by two medical colleges only. Moreover, the college completed the visit of a delegation of external arbitrators from the National Calendar Authority And the academic accreditation in May 2016 for the accreditation of the medical program, as it will be, God willing, the first college to adopt its program based on the solution of medical dilemmas, and the second faculty of medicine at the Kingdom level to obtain the program accreditation, and in the event of accreditation from the National Authority, it will be the first medical college in The kingdom has a National accreditation and international recognition from accredited bodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ديكور الكلية سيء مقارنة بباقي الكليات حتى القاعات الدراسية سيئة.
مواقف السيارات فيه حفرة لها 3 سنوات وللحين لم يتم اصلاحها.
كلية موظفينها ممتازين لكن راح يجيك اكتئاب من الممرات و القاعات اتمنى يعدلون عليها ويهتمون للكلية ويجبرون الطلاب بتوحيد الزي لكل تخصص
The decor of the college is bad compared to the rest of the colleges, even the classrooms are bad.
The parking lot has a hole that is 3 years old and has not yet been repaired.
A college whose employees are excellent, but depression will come from the corridors and halls. I hope they adjust them and take care of the college and force students to unify the uniform for each specialty

The College of Medicine at Qassim University is the first medical college in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to follow the newly developed medical education system (problem based learning), which is a distinguished system followed by the leading universities. To understand and meet the needs of the Saudi society and provide a health service with a high level of professionalism and medical knowledge supported by distinctive medical behaviors and skills. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The College began its 6-year Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) program in the academic year 2000-2001 (1420 -1421 H). Producing physicians with a strong foundation in basic and clinical sciences was, and remains, the aim of the College. Accordingly, the program curriculum continues to focus on instilling skills of lifelong and Self-Directed Learning (SDL) using specific tools such as medical informatics, Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), clinical problem solving, and self-awareness.
