★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at this branch I had been ever see in my life at the shops ..!
As I had shoes from branch and need to change it to other one since Ramadan 2022,
I contact them a lot of times and they replied to me not yet arrived , after 6 weeks I called them and they told me it’s arrived .
I came to them and found the shoes not here and they told me they tried to call me and acutely this is not happened !!!
After 8 weeks I didn’t receive my shoes
Is it logic !??
And they said it’s arrived and sale it by mistake !!
How come this happen in this brand .
After one day from my last visit I contact the supervisor and the Managment team to complain they replied to me please visit the store and you will find your shoes, I did !
But I met the manager of the store and she talked to me in very bad way of communication and body language at the same time she left the shoes in the floor and contact another client .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, The purchasing policies at the branch is not suitable for buying gifts for a close one. Only 24 hour refund & a week to exchange. Never had to mention also the unorganized queue of serving people. Most terrible the experience in so many ways.
