اولا عدم المصداقيه جدا جدا جدا
ثانيا احيانا يقومون بستاجر باص من شركه اخرى ومن ثم يقومون بوضع الامتعه داخل الباص وعدم المصداقيه في انها سيكون من المنطقه الفلانيه الى المنطقه الفلانيه ولكن ستنصدم اثناء الرحله وليست بنفس اليوم في اليوم الثاني تتفجاء بان الرحله ستمر اكثر من منطقه لنقل بعض الركاب واخذ ركاب وهاذا غير صحيح ايضا ليست اوقاتهم صحيحه حسب الحجز لذا والله ماقلت شي غير صحيح هذا ماحدث لذا اتممنا من الجميع عدم الوثوق بهم وسنحاسبهم حسب وزاره النقل باذن الله والله على ما اقول شهيد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوء تجربة مرت في حياتي على الإطلاق بالتعامل مع ادارة هذا المكتب …من السابق كنت اشك من بعض الأصدقاء الذين يصفون هذا المكتب لسوء تعاملهم مع زبائنهم بس عندما جربت رحلة الى اليمن قبل حوالي اسبوعين من الآن كانت الصدمة والمفاجأة من سلوك تلك الادارة التي همها كيف يصل مبلغ تذكرة الرحلة الى جيوب هؤلاء الجشعين وانت ياراكب في ستين داهية اذا صار لك شيء اثناء الرحلة .
اقسم بالله انني اتكلم عن واقعة حدثت لي في تلك الرحلة ولن انسى تلك الاحداث التي مرت عليّ …تخيلو ايها المتابعين نقطع من هذا المكتب التذاكر ونصعد باص يتبع شركة (قافلة الحجاز) وهم المسؤلين والمشرفين عن صعودنا وترتيب عفشنا لذلك الباص المشؤوم ( واكيد كان هناك اتفاق مسبق بين مكتب النور وقافلة الحجاز ) تحرك الباص الى المنفذ السعودي والسائق لا يحمل تفويض يؤهله الخروج من المنفذ ؟؟؟!!! باءت المحاولات تلو المحاولات بالفشل بالتواصل مع هذا الناقل ( مكتب النور) ليقم بأي حل وللأسف ماصدر من مدير المكتب التركي كان فظاً ولايرقى لأدنى مسؤوليه وقال بالحرف الواحد اثناء طرح له المشكلة التي نعانيها نحن المسافرين ( مافي مشكله شوفو باص ثاني يدخلكم المنفذ ؟؟؟)
One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life dealing with the management of this office … From the past, I was suspicious of some friends who describe this office for their mistreatment of their customers, but when I tried a trip to Yemen about two weeks ago from now, the shock and surprise of the behavior of that administration, who was concerned about how The amount of the flight ticket reaches the pockets of these greedy people, and you are a rider of sixty cunning if something happens to you during the trip.
I swear to God that I am talking about an incident that happened to me on that trip and I will not forget those events that happened to me… Imagine, followers, we cut tickets from this office and board a bus that belongs to the (Hejaz Caravan) company. preceding between the Al-Nour office and the Hejaz convoy) The bus moved to the Saudi port and the driver did not have an authorization that qualifies him to leave the port???!!! Attempts after attempts failed in communicating with this carrier (Al-Nour Office) to find any solution. Unfortunately, what was issued by the director of the Turkish office was rude and did not rise to the slightest responsibility, and he said verbatim while asking him the problem that we, the passengers, suffer (there is no problem, see a second bus that enters you at the port???)

خدمه سيئه جداً جداً وباصات زي الزفت وتعامل سئ لا انصح به أبداً الصور شي والواقع شي آخر باصات مافيها شواحن كراسي مقطعه والسواق تعامله زي الزفت
أنا اتكلم عن شركه النوووور لا غير خدمتها سيئه
God, what a star is worth
Very, very bad service, as well as asphalt buses, and bad treatment. I do not recommend it at all. The pictures are one thing, and the reality is another thing. Buses do not have chargers with cut-off chairs, and the drivers treat them as asphalt.
I am talking about the new company, nothing but its poor service
