★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branches ever!!! Unprofessional employees not in welcoming the customers not in MAKING the products!! Which is insane.. we ordered a take away two of thier "best sellers"
2 pieces of cinnamon roll with pecan and 2 cups of spanish latte sadly nothing came out as it should be!! Not the dessert not the beverages.. for the latte it didnt taste the same as it usually do, it didnt even LOOK like the one we order usually in different branches.. for the roll.. it was so bad!! It was Raw inside out .. the more u dig to the center the more MUSHY it gets! And the shocking part is that the 2 piece looked exactly the same both were raw!! Believe me if i was still at the shop i would diffently ask for refund immediately
It was a bad expeirence i wish u conseder training for the employees or may be activate QC (quality control) on this brnach coz its a mess
