★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of least crowded branch in Riyadh. However, it is managed by different company than all other branches. AC is not working and it was +40 degree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! My younger brother was playing a game and his card was half way under my bag when someone stole it. I asked the management to check the camera footage (the management was being completely rude as I tried to explain the situation) they refused.
Some of my tickets also got stolen by a young boy and another kept grabbing my bag.
There should be better procedures in place to deal with these types of situations because it happens frequently, especially around kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the place, its neat and clean, price is good in 70 sar you get 40 tokens, all the games are so interesting, the staff was really very helpful they make sure to help you as much as possible, food is also good but a little costly. There is Baskin Robbins there too. They are taking excellent precautions against covid. The place is good for all ages infact me and husband along with our baby enjoyed alot .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's birthday party at Chuck E. Chesse with 20 friends of her. The pizza, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings,chicken strip, French fries, coke, everything it was delicious, and the kids loved playing at the arcade. Thank you Mr. Wael, and to the guy who was serving us, everyone it's very helpful. ?
