تم زيارة فرع الحمدانية مرات عدة وللأسف الشديد تتكرر المعاملة السيئة ونلخصها في التالي :
1- عند الرغبة في تنويع الشوكلاته يفرض عليك زيادة وزن الشوكلاته مقابل تلبية الطلب !!
2- عدم التعاون في حال طلب الحديث مع الإدارة وعدم تزويدنا برقم الإدارة العامة
3- من جوال الموظف فقط يتم التواصل مع المصنع والذي بدوره شريك في المعاملة السيئة
4- تكرار الرد من البائع/هـ ( أنت مسوي ازعاج على كيلو أو اثنين ) !! والهدف من ذلك زيادة الوزن
وبهذا أنصح بإختيار المحل المناسب في المعاملة و الجودة طالما هناك خيارات رائعه وعديدة في الحمدانية والتي لها تحمل اسماء عالمية وشهيرة
