★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked tickets today for me and my family to go to the chocolate factory through TicketMX, and before leaving the home I was surprised that the location of the factory is inside the boulevard but I thought it has its own entrance!! And when we arrived there they said you have to book tickets for the boulevard in order to let you pass to the chocolate factory event!! Of course this was not mentioned in the website when we booked the tickets!! Not the location of the factory nor the necessity of buying the boulevard tickets!! And they told us a lot of people face the same problem everyday but there is nothing they can do!! So we went back home and we lost our tickets!! I don’t know if this is just a twisted way to earn money by fooling people or it’s the mistake of the website because they are not clear!! Anyways hope you will solve this problem so no one else face the same issue!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour lady was so sweet and nice, I wouldn’t call it a factory it is small and took us almost 5 minutes and we were done. But good experience. We tasted different chocolates, it was ok.
