★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with the guy at the counter. I have been dining here for the last 8 years often. Yesterday I ordered 2 milk tea one for my friend. The milk skin was so thick that I could not enjoy my evening tea. Next day I complain to the guy to consider solving this n give good tea. But without considering a customer's request or suggestion , he said it's normal for tea having like that and saying they changed the milk etc claiming it's normal to give tea like that. And said no one else complained it as if I am asking him for some compensation. He should have tried to listen n give customers what they need. Feeling humiliated. Would never be going back here anymore, that's for sure.
