بالإضافة إن السعر يعتبر غالي مقرنتا ب المساحه و الموقع بعيد عن الخدمات و ضعف الإرسال للجوال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف .. عدم نظافه وعدم احترام العميل
اولاً ، اتصلنا على الحارس وطالبنا بتجديد ماء المسبح وقلنا له سندفع للوايت لكن رفض ويتحجج ان الماء نظيف والماء غير صافي و رائحته سيئه وفيه حشرات ، وبشهادة العامل عندما سألنا متى تم تعبئة المسبح اخر مره جاوبنا : قبل اسبوع !!!
ثانياً المطبخ غير نظيف الادراج وتحت المغسله مكسر ومليء بالقذاره و الماء يطفح الى الخارج بسبب انسداد المغسله
ثالثاً الفرن لا يشتغل الا اذا وضعنا طوبه "طابوقة" عليه !!
رابعاً الحمام عند غرف النوم لا يجف من الماء بسبب عدم ميلان الارض للصفايه ولا يوجد مساحات بالحمامات ولا مكنسه !!
خامساً لا يوجد ستائر في غرفتين ! ما اضطررنا ان نضع كيس زباله على الشبابيك !!
سادساً يوجد من السقف اصوات قوارض
سابعاً عندما طلبنا فرش للاطفال لم يرسل لنا الا مرتبه واحده ويتحجج ان القسم الثاني من الشالية طلبو اغلب الفرش !!
لا اعرف كيف اضيف صور ولكن لدي كل الاثباتات بالصور و حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

Third, the oven does not work unless we put a "brick" on it !!
Fourth, the bathroom in the bedrooms does not dry up from the water because the ground is not tilted to clearance, and there are no spaces in the bathrooms nor a broom !!
Fifthly, there are no curtains in two rooms! We did not have to put a garbage bag on the windows !!
Sixth, there are rodents' sounds on the ceiling
Seventh, when we asked for mattresses for the children, he only sent one mattress to us, and it was argued that the second section of the chalet asked for most of the mattresses !!
