If there is less than a star, put it frankly!! Boxes wrapped with black tape right the gift shops!! Where is their reasonable condition for a store of this level to work like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت شنطه ب٤ الاف تقريبا وبها خلل مصنعي.. رائحة الجلد كريهه جدا جدا ورفض المحل والاداره استبدالها بالرغم من ان ضمانها ٦ اشهر ع الخلل المصنعي..
I bought a bag for about 4 thousand and it has a factory defect..the leather smells very, very unpleasant, and the store and management refused to replace it despite the fact that it has a 6 month guarantee against the manufacturing defect..

وايضاً عدم توفر جميع القياسات مشكلة اخرى ..
The group as very distinguished and respectful employees, but unfortunately there is no answer to your phone number..
Also, the lack of all measurements is another problem.
