★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was @ the mall around 3:30pm today.We were looking for items in the baby section...specifically the portable baby crib/cots...there were only the cashiers @ the cash register & another employee far across the store to the right in front of the cashier to help us by answering questions about there stock so we could make a purchase...an employee showed up after & went to the cashier to ask where all the employees were... as I was walking back from the cashier towards the baby crib area I happened to glance @ a metal door to my right & looked inside to see about 5-8 staff members hanging out inside the staff area...anyway, a staff member finally arrived in the baby crib section & told us that there was another color beside purple which was unavailable @ their store.The employee was asked if he would please check the store computer to see which Centerpoint had a portable, blue color, crib/cot available..he then informed us that he couldn't help us because his store Manager was the only 1 who could access the info on the computer & that the Manager had left the store so wasn't available to help us...In future it would be great if there was staff available to help the customers in the store & also a Manager present on site to be able to give information to customers who need info on their computer as to where to find a store product which is unavailable @ their store @ can be found @ other Centerpoints..

For billing 1 product or 10, customer need to be in a long queue and most of the counter doesn't work.. The billing is very slow as well... Please look into this matter..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Center Point located inside the Rimal Mall which is on eastern Ring Road highway service road, Exit 16, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, near to IKEA store.
- First floor
- Lot of parking space available both outside of the mall and basement parking.
- Not so much crowded unlike other center point shops.
- All categories included (Men, Women and Kids).
- Toys and footwear also available (limited)
- Men and Women full range of clothes available.
- Prices kind of ok, it will be good during sale.

Here there are some brands are very common such as Splash, Bosenni, lee copper, kappa, I macx, and many more products. Good quality of clothes and other items. Sometimes very reasonable price.
