★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrepoint has the worst customer service ever. It’s been 3 weeks now waiting for my refund and they keep sending me from pillar to post. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism from online shopping. They keep saying they are working on it whereas you’ll never receive an outcome or feedback from them. It’s such a shame that our families have to suffer due to Centrepoint’s incapacity to care or be accountable for their incompetence. I wish there was an organization in Saudi Arabia where one can lodge such complaints. I mean it’s totally illegal to keep customer’s money when you did not render a service. Do better Centrepoint??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always used to love center point but seriously this branch in the worst branch I’ve ever seen in my life. I wish I could rate a minus and negative rate in here. The cashier ladies are so rude and mannerless. They make fun of customers for not having a Mastercard, what kind of staffs are they who doesn’t know how to behave with the customers??? It’s really heartbreaking to get this kinda behavior from the staffs of your favorite brand. The ladies were making fun,calling names as I’m an expat. I was not begging for free things, everybody has money who goes to counter right? So who gave them the right to make fun of customers who wants to buy from their shop??? It’s really really unacceptable.. now I really hate center point.
