★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The after-sales office was not listed in G-maps and since I had a basic understanding of Arabic I was able to locate the office with some difficulty. The gentleman on the phone was quite patient and guided me to the location. The Casio brand is operated by the Mahmoud Saleh Abrar Company so don't be confused if you reach there. The office is located in a residential area. You will see a few Casio stickers at the front of the building where you can enter inside and drop off your Casio product for repairs/servicing. I have a Edifice Solar Powered Watch which needed a battery replacement. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery in stock and I'll have to wait for 3-5 days till they get it. Hopefully my update will help others locate the office with ease. This rating is on the basis of the location, parts availability and timing (Sat-Thurs/8:30am-4:00pm) which I give 3 stars. The staff was friendly and helpful and I'd give them 4 stars otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good and accurate, but the Philippino guy in watch service need to be polite with customers and know how to talk to them.
if he can't be in frontline then don't let him talk to customers.
he only respond with "wait" or "do you want to take your watch without maintenance"
he doesn't answer any question or explain anything.
there was any Egyptian guy, he was polite and tried to cover the situation caused by that guy.
