★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered basmati rice from the online store which came from the Sondos store. The rice bag has DEAD BUGS in it. I called customer service 3 times and no one has resolved the issue. So now I have a 5kg bag of rice that I can not consume. I would not have given a 1 star review if Carrefour had resolved my issue which was raised on 23/10/21. I will not visit the store myself to change it as it will cost me more money in taxi than the bag of rice. I will not be ordering online ever again as the online customer service is appalling.

And unfortunately they waste our time when they don’t close it when and leave it open
Many times i came to use it and it’s out of order

A good selection of products and produce, as you would expect from an international brand.
Plenty of till/serving staff. Light and bright store. A good 1st impression of Irqah Carrefour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Carrefour I have ever been to. It closes half an hour before time written on doors. Even though is written it closes at 12:00 AM.
There are many reasons making this awful supermarket:
- Not organized at all
- People who went to prayer takes more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to come back to work.
- Only one cashier is open with long line
- Workers there not hopefully at all
- Place not clean.
