★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote a review when I used to live there about the fact that they allow local girls to come in and have shisha and accordingly restrict the residents from using the cafe and the pool. they got very angry at my review and kicked me out of the compound. I can see now more reviews noting the bad management. i wonder how many more residents will they kick out :) Stay away is my advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to sit and relax, saudi men not allowed, there is Shesha and smoking allowed indoors as well as a small but good menu to choose from, ranging from drinks to meals and all for a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice place to live, it's not a huge compound like many others are, and there no events and activities, but the villas are pretty spacious and nice. It is quiet too, so nice for a family who wants a quiet environment I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to spend the weekend, there is no safety, teenagers fight because of girls and the management of the product did not interfere and did not even call the police, imagine you live in the Middle Ages. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great compound location and amenities excellent reception by staff accommodating . Old structure but well maintained. Both 3 and 4 bedroom unit layout is good and efficient but overall area small for my need. Drivers room very small not possible to live in, that was a deal killer for me .
