★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with them in the beginning they treat you very well and nice till you rent a car and they said we knows our car no need for car body check before you rented, we’re the easiest company in this matter when they received the car they check and there’s no scratches in the car body.. here they made a scenario how we take more money because we gave him cheap price let’s check the bottom of car. for sure, they found one under front bumper it wasn’t me who scratched it was very small scratch it wasn’t showing you have to lay down under the car to see and they said it cost 2500SR how come a very small scratch it cost that amount finally they made this story to take the same price in big names companies but the different is big companies the gave you the price in the beginning if you want take it or leave it
But they make stories to take it .in the end my advice if you want to rent a car check the car very well and don’t forget the bottom of car (under car). I’m upsetting and disappointed for this way I thought them clear and nice ...
كان عندي تجربة معاهم جدا سيئة ولو فيه اقل من نجمة كان اعطيتهم للاسف الشديد الثقه في الاشياء هذي مستحيله خصوصا اذا استاجرت سيارة وهيا اساسا محكوكه من تحت الصدام الامامي والحكه صغيره وماتسوى مبلغ ٢٥٠٠ ريال ولازم تنزل تحت عشان تشوفها لكن توقع اي شي الزمن هذا ونصيحتي للكل لاتستاجر الا من شركات كبيره سعرهم غالي شوي لكن ماياخذون منك مبالغ بلفه وبقصص وافلام اقل شي يكونو واضحين وصريحين معاك وهذا تقيممي لتجربتي السيئه معاهم
