My family took a ride with a driver who my wife described as the dirtiest human being ever, the driver smelled very bad and the car was very dirty (food and dirt and dates everywhere) why am I paying more than Uber when uber is cheaper and has cleaner cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF SCAM - I placed my first order with Careem food delivery in April, 20 minutes later I called because my order was still pending approval to find out it was canceled! Ok Careem refunded the money to Careem points, which I didn't want, so I asked for it to be returned to my credit card. But the question is why did Careem charge me if the order was never accepted???
Fast forward to June I still haven't received the credit back to my credit card so I caved and just placed an order to use the stupid careem points. After placing the order, assuming the 113 would come out of the wallet credit and the remaining 3 sar would be charged to my credit card. NOPE, my credit card was charged the entire 116. I called them to find out why the careem points weren't used, and thats when i was told that my first request to refund my card was REJECTED. I was told that apparently to use careem points the order total must be less than the careem points. Ok so immediately after hanging up I got a call from a different Careem representative saying my second order was CANCELLED because apparently the restaurant is closed. Ok why would the application allow me to place an order to a closed restaurant? Despite the fact that I checked the restaurant online and it it's still open for another 4 hours! In addition the order was accepted according to the application and a driver was even assigned.
Great, now I'm trying to get 113 and 116 refunded back to my card. But this time if it's rejected I will submit a complaint to CITC and report this company for fraudulent operations.
Save yourself the scam and just order from Jahez. Trust me it's not worth the headache.
