تعاملهم جدا جميل بعض القطع تحتاج شرح استخدام يشرح لك كل التفاصيل

انصح بالتعامل معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معهم اكثر من ٥ مرات عطوني مره العدسة خربانه و مره عطوني ال b10 مو مشحونه وبطاريتها خربانه و خرب الشغل و كلمت صاحب المحل قعد يصرف ولا عوضني و السوداني اسوء شخص ممكن تصادفه يتعمد يطنش و يعطي موعد وتلاقي المحل مقفل تتصل عليه مايرد ولا حتى يبرر ايش سبب الاقفال وقت الدوام مافيه جدية ولا احترام للعميل والله نجمه كثيره عليه
I dealt with them more than 5 times, they gave me once the lens was damaged and once they gave me the b10 not charged and its battery was ruined and the work was ruined and I called the owner of the shop he sat and did not compensate me and the Sudanese is the worst person you can come across who deliberately slanders and gives an appointment and you find the shop closed. What is the reason for closing at the time of work? There is no seriousness or respect for the customer, and I swear to God that there are many stars for him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سئ مافي احترام للمواعيد والموظف السوداني المفروض ينفصل اخلاقه سيئه ومايفهم اقوله الغرض موجود ابغا استلم الجمعه مايقول الجمعه مو مداومين لأ يقولي احسبك بتاخذيها الخميس اسوء متجر واخر تعامل ان شاءالله
Bad treatment, no respect for punctuality, and the Sudanese employee is supposed to be separated. His morals are bad, and he does not understand what I am saying. The purpose is there. I want to receive Friday. He says Friday. I don't always say, I think you will take it. Thursday is the worst shop and the last transaction, God willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل الاخير مع المحل للاسف لا يوجد اي احترام للعملاء ولا المواعيد ولا يردوا على المكالمات ولا على الواتس المفروض المحل يفتح ١٠ صباحا و فضلت منتظر لاكثر من ساعة وع محاولات مستميته للتواصل معاهم لكن للاسف بدون فايدة
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم بغض النظر عن جودة منتجاتهم من عدمها لان احترام وقت العملاء اهم من الجودة
The last dealings with the shop, unfortunately, there is no respect for customers or appointments, and they do not answer calls or on WhatsApp. The shop is supposed to open at 10 in the morning, and I preferred to wait for more than an hour and make desperate attempts to contact them, but unfortunately to no avail.
I do not recommend dealing with them regardless of the quality of their products or not, because respecting customers' time is more important than quality
