1- The Humos used are Not fresh.
2- The waiters doesn’t know what is the different between The coffee types.
3- they don’t have food flow to the guest they used to serve all the food together without respecting the food flow.
4- once food or served all the waiters disappear.
5- The waiters can’t explain to the customer what are the ingredients or the type or the way the food are made by.
6- The shrimps used are frozen shrimps they’re not fresh.
7- very poor hospitality attitude from the waiters.
Finally I wish that when you leave the place you will not find water tanker blocking your car so you have to wait for the water tank until its download the water then you can go back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to visit especially the open area. The staff are super friendly. They even seem to be a very hard working people. They take care of the cleanliness very well. They take action quite quick. I ordered Norwegian salad, it was fresh and delicious. Also the chicken meshtah and the shish tawook with mix grill was good. I don’t recommend the shrimp tajen , its taste like frozen shrimp, not good at all.
