بيتزا نقانق والله ما اكلنا منها شي
فطيرة شاورما المفروض فيها حشوة دجاج وطلبت زيادة حشوة بيتزا ولكن للاسف استبدلو الدجاج
بطاطس جيد اعطيه
للاسف نسو المشروبات
طلبي كان الساعه9:35 وصلني الأكل 10:40 وللاسف المشروبات ناسينها
كنت عميل دائم لهم لكن البيتزا اتغيرت وللاسف تغير مستواهم مره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ البيتزا لديهم بشكل عام جيدة..لكن هناك ملاحظات لكي يتم رفع مستوى المحل وأهمها:
١- تم رفع الأسعار عن الأسعار السابقة..ويجب مراجعة الأسعار وعدم الإستمرار بالزيادة لكي لاتفقد الزبائن الدائمين .
٢- يجب تدريب العمال على النظافة وعلى لبس القفاز والكمام بشكل أفضل من الموجود.
٣- اتمنى الحرص على نظافة المحل بشكل دائم وخصوصا من الحشرات كالذباب وعمل ساتر هوائي.
٤- يجب تحديث قائمة الطعام وإضافة شرح لمحتويات الأصناف لأن البعض لديه حساسية من بعض المكونات او لايفضل إضافة بعضها.
٥- يجب تخزين علب حفظ البيتزا وحفظها داخل كراتين او نايلون وعدم تركها معرضه للحشرات او الغبار.
اتمنى للمحل ولصاحبه كل التوفيق والنجاح وأنا متأكد أن المحل راح يكون له حضور قوي في العيينة اذا زاد الأهتمام به بشكل أفضل.
كتبت عنه قبل فترة وكنت اشدد على النظافة لكن للأسف البارح الا كنت خايف منه حصل اكلت منه وتسممت والله على ما أقول شهيد
The pizza they have in general is good..but there are notes in order to raise the standard of the shop, the most important of which are:
1- Prices have been raised from previous prices.. Prices must be reviewed and not continue to increase in order not to lose permanent customers.
2- Workers must be trained in hygiene and in wearing gloves and masks better than the existing ones.
3- I wish to keep the shop clean on a permanent basis, especially from insects such as flies, and to make an air cover.
4- The menu should be updated and an explanation of the contents of the items should be added, because some are allergic to some ingredients or do not prefer to add some of them.
5- Pizza boxes should be stored and kept inside cartons or nylon and not left exposed to insects or dust.
I wish the store and its owner every success and I am sure that the store will have a strong presence in the eye if the interest in it is increased better.
I wrote about it a while ago and I was stressing about cleanliness, but unfortunately yesterday I was not afraid of it. I ate from it and got poisoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدم الاهتمام بطلب ووقت الزبون طلبت منهم وبعد عشر دقايق حصلت الطلب لم يجهز والفاتورة مرميه على الطاولة تجربه سيئه لن تتكرر مرة ثانية
