انصح من لم يجرب الظغط والسكري سرعة التعامل مع بيت البربسة
دكاترة القانون ربما تقعون ضحية الفقرة الخفية الملونة ك تلون الحرباء
(ضمان الصيانة. يتم الرد على العميل خلال 24 او كحدى أقصى 48 ساعة)
لكي يحصل العميل على موعد وربما يكون الموعد بعد 10 ايام او شهر وما على العميل الا أن يخبط براسه الحيط حتى يتم خدمته لإننا استلمنا كامل المبلغ.
انصح الجميع عند التعامل معهم او مع غيرهم أن يسجل في العقد(في حال الحاجة للصيانة يجب على المؤسسة خدمتة العميل خلال 24 ساعة... وليس الرد على العميل خلال 24 ساعة ومن ثم هم يحددون موعدك بعد شهر أو سنة)
ليس لديهم عمالة تكفى لتغطية التركيب وكذلك الصيانة لذلك تجدهم بياعين كلام ومواعد ويحاولون أن يتحملوا بالأخلاق فقط لخداع الزباين.
يضمنون حقهم بحيث يحصلون على نصف المبلغ قبل التأسيس وكذلك لن يتم التركيب حتى تدفع كامل المبلغ قبل التركيب وسوف تعاني معهم بعد الدفع. المفترض الدفعة الأخيرة بعد التركيب والتشغيل التام أيضا يتم رهن مبلغ للصيانة2000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصح اهالي منطقة خميس مشيط بعدم التعامل معهم موقعهم السابق كان على الحزام في ابها اقسم بالله ان قضيتنا معهم في المحكمة في عدم التقيد بالعقد ومخالفة المواصفات المتفق عليها و الضمانات وما اقول الا حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل يشهد الله اننا نعاني من خسائر بسببهم اسأل الله ان لايرون خير لافي حلالهم ولافي ابدانهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف كما ذكروا الاخوان سابقاً الخدمة قبل الدفع تختلف تماماً بعد الدفع خدمة بعد البيع ولا أظلمهم والله العظيم سيئه جداً لدرجة ان احد العمال يعرض خدمات الصيانة بمبالغ دون علم المؤسسة ، السخان عطلان وطلبنا الصيانه وبعد اسبوعين بطلعة الروح حضروا للموقع وتبين ان تركيبهم من الاساس حديد وكان الاتفاق حسب العقد استيل وطلبناهم يغيرون الحديد حسب الاتفاق وتعذروا انه مو من عندنا وتم رفع بلاغ لوزارة التجارة وفي انتظارهم بحول الله
اخيراً لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً
والنجمة للتعليق فقط.
