First time that I came to this salon, it was recommended to me by my sister. The receptionist asked me to pay according to hair length. I showed her my hair which is curly and she said your hair is very long once it is straightened so you have to pay for the long hair protein. I told her my hair is not long, it only reaches just below my shoulders and I just recently cut it. She would not listen and since I don’t speak Arabic well I just paid and left it. Eventually they returned the money to me because I had spoken to my sister who spoke to the receptionist.
The treatment itself was ok, it took very long and for the first few weeks my hair was beautiful. Then it started to fall off every time I touch it. It breaks off and every Time I shower I have lost a lot of hair.
Now my hair feels very dry and my natural hair is growing. I will let my natural hair grow and then cut it off.
Would recommend the salon for hair services but I believe protein is not good for the hair in the long term.
