★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المطعم نظيف جداً والاكل طازج وحار ولذيذ جربت انا الفطائر والمشاوي والمقبلات وكلها ممتازة وتعامل راقي ومحترم
 The restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh, hot and delicious. I tried the pancakes, grills and appetizers, all of which are excellent and the treatment is classy and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سي جداً .. المسؤول عن المطعم يصرف الزبائن يقول الطلب بعد ساعتين .. ( بوكس معجنات ) لا تصرف الزبائن واللي يقهر قبل امراءه اخذ طلبها !!! مع الاسف فاشل في الادارة واضح وحجه ساعتين تصرف للزبائن ????
Very bad .. The person in charge of the restaurant dismisses the customers, he says the order after two hours .. (Pastry box) Do not dismiss the customers and the one who conquers before a woman takes her order!!! Unfortunately, a failure in management is clear and a two-hour argument is spent on customers ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت اليوم من المطعم وهذا ثالث طلب لي واعتقد انه الاخير ،،طلبت من قبل مرتين ويجيني الطلب ناقص
واليوم دقيت وطلبت عشان اول ما اوصل تكون جاهزة
وقت وصلت للمطعم ما حصلت طلبيتي جاهزه
والعذر انه ننتظرك تجي عشان نبد نجهز البيتزا عشان تكون ساخنة والعدد مو قليل وانا اصلن ليش داق اطلب قبل وصولي عشان احصل طلبي جاهز وقت وصولي
وعندهم عرض بيتزا+بيتزا مجاني (سأرفق صورة العرض بالاخير)
ووقت وصولي للمطعم اخبروني انه العرض على كامل الطلب فقط حبتين
وليس مثل ما تم الاعلان عنه انه حبة +حبة مجاناً
وانا طالب اكثر من حبة واستحق العرض بنا علي ماتم ارساله لي من نفس المطعم
وبالاخير اخبروني انه العرض سيحتاج وقت ليجهز(مع العلم انا داق اتصال عالمطعم وعندهم علم بكمية طلبي )
وجلست انتظر يجهزون عالاقل طلبي الاساسي لانه لم يتم تجهيزه
وخرجت من المطعم بدون اخذ العرض
وهذا اخر تعامل لي معكم .
وطلبت فاتورة بقيمة طلبي لاتأكد من القيمة
وقال لي بالحرف الفاتورة ضاعت.

Today I called and ordered so that the first time I arrived it would be ready
When I got to the restaurant, I didn't get my order ready
And the excuse is that we are waiting for you to come so that we start preparing the pizza so that it is hot, and the number is not small.
And they have a free pizza + pizza offer (I will attach a picture of the show at the end)
And when I arrived at the restaurant, they told me that the offer was on the entire order, only two pieces
And not like what was announced as a free pill + pill
And I am asking for more than one pill and deserve to be offered to us for what was sent to me from the same restaurant
In the end, they told me that the offer would take time to be prepared (knowing that I called the restaurant and they knew the amount of my order)
I sat and waited for them to prepare at least my basic order because it was not prepared
I left the restaurant without taking the offer
This is my last deal with you.
I requested an invoice for the value of my order to confirm the value
He literally told me the bill was lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذي زيارتي للمره الثانيه ، المره الاولى كانت رائعه جداً جداً .. لكن للاسف زيارتي الثانيه ماكانت بالمستوى المطلوب الخبز طالعه خمميرته ممره كان العجين لها كم يوم بالثلاجة عجزت اكملها وكذلك المقبلات كاتها قديمة اتمنى ترجعون للمستوى السابق ???.
This is my second visit, the first time was very, very wonderful.. but unfortunately my second visit was not at the required level. The bread came out with its yeast, the dough had been in the fridge for how many days I couldn’t finish it, and the appetizers were also old. I hope you will return to the previous level ???.
