 They are horribly late, and the problem is not new, I mean the problems are supposed to be the beginning of the project and the cartons arrive and sound, you swear that the factory has no star ceiling, but so that I can comment

Advice if you ask them, do not pay until receipt, if you pay them before delivery.

شهر كامل انتظار عشان استبدال فقط و في الآخير مافيه استبدال ، مماطلة و عدم وجود مصداقية ولا يوجد تطبيق لسياسة الاستبدال و الاسترجاع.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best water so far in Saudi arabia. It will provide you ph8 water with less sodium which is extraordinarily great. The water has been composed of calcium 22 magnesium 3 sodium 17 potassium 5 iron 0.01. The water composition of this water has been changed recently because of the high demand of less sodium in the market and the company has done very well to maintain the ph8 level and the minerals levels. As a ph expert i highly appreciate how they maintained the levels. I have closed worked with this company and I have seen how much car is taken when water is made. Quality of the product is monitered regularly. The company has three plants. Two is in Riyadh and one is in Jeddah. The Riyadh plant has two sub plants where jeddah has only one. Jeddah plant is new and quit big. The company plans too expand its plants around the globe because of its high demand in the market and in overseas as well. I hope to see this company do good in the near future and i am sure they will continue witn their superb quality. Working atmosphere is also good but as there is high demand so pressure remains all the time to maintain the quality of the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good product but customer service is lower than zero. The delivery drivers are illeterate and cannot read the orders hence they don't bring you what you ordered. Every time we order they never bring the sparkling water - not because it is out of stock but because the driver does not know what we ordered. And the customer service doesn't compensate for the mistake nor bring what is missing from the order. You have to chase up and still you are not getting anywhere.... pathetic.
