غسلوا عندي مكيفين، وخربوا عندي مكيف بعد ما ما مشوا المكيف يصب ماء وقبل الغسيل ما كان يهرب ماء نهائي وبسببهم صار يصب زياده،
ولما طلبتهم يصلحون خطاهم قالوا لي نحط لك فاين وسيليكون يوقف التهريب شغل ترقيع في ترقيع تركوا المكيف مفتوح على اساس يجيبون لي فني صيانه ولكن كلامهم كذب بكذب لاجاني فني ولا قفلوا المكيف ولكن ما اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ولا يبارك برزقهم اللي يخدعون فيه العملاء،
ومن غير الاكاذيب اللي تسمعها من ادارتهم نجيب فني ويجيبونه بوقت دوامك عشان بس يقولك حنا جينا وانت موجود، يتهربون من اصلاح العطل اللي سببوه ولا راح تاخذ منهم لاحق ولا باطل بس تسمع اكاذيب
لو فيه نجوم بالسالب لاعطيتهم -10

A patchwork job.” They left the air conditioner open on the basis that they would answer me a maintenance technician, but their words were a lie because the technician did not turn off the air conditioner. ,
And other than the lies that you hear from their management, we answer a technician and they answer him in your working time, because he just tells you that we are Jenna while you are there.
If there were negative stars, I would give them -10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقترح الغاء الموعد عبر التطبيق او فتح قناة الاتصال مباشرة .. اتصلت وقال لي الاخ ادخل التطبيق واتصلت على مؤسسة اخرى وجاءو وخلصوا الشغل وانا ماعرفت للتطبيق .. لك التحية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمتي كانت تنظيف مكيفات السبليت .. نظفو المكيف بالمقابل خربو ريش المكيف السبليت تجربة سيئه جداااا ولن تتكرر ولا انصح فيهم ولايستاهلون نص نجمه ..والمفروض يكون عندهم خبره في تنزيل الغطاء وتركيبه بدون تخريب .. اللي يبغى يخرب مكيافاته يجيبهم

الصراحة ممتازين جودة ونظافة واهتمام... دائما يوصلوا على الموعد المحدد وشغلهم احترافي
مشكلتهم الوحيدة هيا التأخير في الحجز يعني حجزت معاهم الخميس وقالي الموعد يوم الأحد مو القادم اللي بعده يعني تقريبا بعد عشر أيام وهذا موعد بعيد الصراحة
لكن الدعم كان متجاوب لما طلبت تذكيري بالموعد قبلها بيوم وهذا شيء ممتاز
I'm from Jeddah and I tried them twice in washing the split air conditioner
Honesty, excellent quality, cleanliness and attention... They always arrive on time and their work is professional
Their only problem is the delay in booking, I mean I booked with them on Thursday, and they told me the appointment is on Sunday, not the next one after that, I mean almost ten days later, and this is a far frankly date
But the support was responsive when I asked to be reminded of the appointment a day before, and this is an excellent thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه شغلهم نظيف بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه ومحترمين وخدومين جدا جدا ومبتسمين ومتحمسين للعمل
اهنيهم على الشغل الممتاز واللي يبيض الوجه ويستاهلون النشر
وشكر خاص للأستاذ عادل من اخواننا وحبايبنا من مصر انسان خلوق
و نصوح وطيب ومحترم الله يسعده ويوفقه

وبالنسبه لحجز الموعد دقيقين جدا
وملتزمين بالوقت
وباذن الله ابتعامل معهم دائما
وانصح بهم
يستاهلون النشر على هالشغل النظيف
تنظيفهم للمكيف ممتاز ومرتب سوا للمكيف داخل او الوحده الخارجيه مع تعطير المكيف مع وضعهم اكياس على الاثاث من ناحية الحمايه من الغبار + وضع لباد على الأرضيه لحماية الأرضيه من الغبار
من ناحية فك المكيف بسم الله ماشاء الله ولاغلطه ممتازين وعارفين شغلهم
انصح بشغلهم وبقوه

They deserve to be published on this clean job
Their cleaning of the air-conditioner is excellent and tidy, except for the air-conditioner inside or the outdoor unit, with perfuming the air-conditioner, and placing bags on the furniture in terms of protection from dust + putting felt on the floor to protect the floor from dust
In terms of dismantling the air conditioner, in the name of God, God willing, and for no fault of his, they are excellent and know their job
I would recommend making them work
A job of guilt and conscience
