★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find way better tasting shawarmas, falafel sandwiches and sheesh tauwk sandwiches in many different places in Jeddah with Far less price.
Falafel sandwiche was really not worth trying sheesh tauwk sandwiche was a bit better but as I said earlier you can find way better sandwiches at many other sandwich shops around Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious place with a great menu for a quick bite. Definitely a place for busy people to have quality food at decent prices. The service is excellent and the food tastes wonderful. I highly recommend trying the grill sandwiches as well as the fattoush. Don't forget the fresh juices

They have super delicious and fresh dishes. Everything is well-prepared. Here, I ate the best hummus ever! The freshly pressed juices are yummy. The mixed grill menu was amazing, but the side dishes were so good too - and a special Thanks to the great manager there (Tarek) who was very helpful and professional.

Prices are on the medium end, I ordered a small sheesh tawook meal which comes with a small plate of fries and a drink and I added a bottle of water for a total of 30 riyals. My advice for the place to change their blinds to *blackouts* or the windows to tinted. Dhuhur/ lunch hour made your place extremely hot and too bright, even with the current blinds you have, and I bet your AC bill is sky rocketing. I hope that helps. Overall I rate the food 5 stars. The only reason I gave it a 4 is for the prices and the fact I was squinting the whole time I was there because of the south facing windows. Cheers and best of luck

The rude cashier is still rude, the Shawarma Beef/Chicken are both served cold. The manager said it’s Because of the refrigerated Tahini Sauce ‼️
((((If you are into very long wait followed by rude Cashier with overpriced food and a COLD “hot sandwich” then Byblos Xpress wins))))
Really bad service, I didn’t even get to order, the staff looks extremely tired & everyone looks busy and not even willing to welcome or great or take your order, from the smallest staff to the management. I don’t recommend a visit if you are in a hurry.
“Express” really ??? Who are they kidding???
Will never return to this overpriced, non friendly, pretentious restaurant.
If they had “0” starts I would have used it on the review #??
Bravo for scaring off customers even before trying the food

This establishment is a joke!!
I usually revisit the restaurants after a bad experience to give them a second chance to redeem their self.
But when the restaurant is empty and the cashier tells me I have to wait 15min for a Shawarma Sandwich because of on line orders, that’s just ridicules & not accepted.
Xpress, !!!!
I am a local Guide & I have over 9000,000 views on my account . I hope more and more people read reviews before visiting the restaurant.
