A	Ala Alghnaimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت المنطقة ولم يتسنى لي الدخول بالفلل ولكني ذهبت خصيصا للمنطقة للتأكد وخرجت بعدة ملاحظات سأذكرها : - المنطقة تواجه مشكلة بالصرف الصحي وهذا واضح بالعين المجردة وبالرائحة الكريهة ولعل المار يلحظ ذلك مباشرة ولايوجد حل لمشكلة تقاطع طريق الخير مع الإمام من ست سنوات بسبب الصرف الصحي.وذلك ولد تواجد الحشرات والفئران بكثرة في هذه المنطقة وهذا مؤشر صحي خطير . - العماير الشمالية للمشروع هي فعلا سكن عمال (وليس عزاب ) وهي خمس عماير ضخمة ولعل مايشد الإنتباه هو المخلفات المتواجدة جانب العماير من أثاث مهمل وسيارات معدومة ومخلفات . - وجود المشروع خلف مول شبابي وهو المكان مول يقلل من جودة وراحة العائلة . - الفلل تبدو أنيقة من الخارج. - السعر المذكور ((يحتاج تأكيد)) هو سعر جداً مبالغ فيه في هذا الوقت وظل ظروف موقع المشروع . أخيرا أسأل الله لي ولكم التوفيق I visited the area and I did not get access to the villas, but I went specifically to the area to make sure and came up with several observations that I will mention: - The region faces a problem with sanitation, and this is evident with the naked eye and with the unpleasant smell.
