By chance I tried this restaurant due to reviews and it worth a try.
Location: good.
Interior: good.
Prices: normal.
Taste: for angus it’s good. For wagyu; it’s amazing specially with red chili bun.
Welcoming & hospitality: a superb one made by Miad (ميعاد) . Keep it up ??

The buns are special.
The best part I enjoyed is on service side.

They offer extremely good types of meats like wagyu and deer patties, and an outstanding delicious different types of buns like basil and blueberries.
Let’s not forget the well seasoned french fries they serve with the meal.
The service is good, shows professional manners when dealing with customers.
The place is usually less crowded during week days so it’s a good place for a quiet quick bite with a friend or family.
Great interior and lighting really clean as well.
