بس اسعار الخدمة وقطع الغيار مبالغ فيها جدا.
تعامل الفني معي ممتاز.
 Excellent oil change and check service.
But the prices for service and spare parts are very exaggerated.
Technical interaction with me is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العاملين غير واضحين في شرح الخدمات والأسعار. ولاعلمني عن الباقات الذهبية والبلاتينية، بس أعطاني سعر البلاتينية وأوهمني انه الخيار الوحيد.
العامل ركب لي فلتر بالغلط وطلب مني اشتريه وانا قايل له ان معي فلتر.، بعدها صار يشتغل من طرف خشمه.
التوبة ارجع لهم مره ثانية.. خصوصا انه مو اول واحد يشتكي من خدمات هذا الفرع..
Staff are not clear in explaining services and prices. He did not inform me about the gold and platinum packages, but he gave me the platinum price and deluded me that it was the only option.
The worker mistakenly installed a filter for me and asked me to buy it while I told him that I had a filter.
Repentance, go back to them again ... especially since it is not the first one to complain about the services of this branch ..
