★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوء فروع بترومين لا يوجد به موظفين متخصصين ذو خبره في هذا المجال تم تغيير الزيت واكتشفت أن مسمار صرة الزيت لم يتم ربطه جيدا حيث وجدت تهريب زيت أسفل المركبه واتجهت على الفور لأقرب مركز بترومين وتم حل المشكله ولا بد من الاحتفاظ بالفاتورة لسبب مثل هذا ، و دائما يحاولون اقناعك بغسيل ماكينة السيارة أو اللديتر وهذا أسلوب غير جيد لأن بعض الموظفين لا يعرفون ما الفائدة من ذلك ولكن الإدارة وجهتهم بأن يقولوا هذا لكل عميل يريد تغيير زيت المركبة ولا انصح بغسيل الماكينة ، أسعار فلتر الزيت مبالغ فيها .
