★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well experience company with well trained employees. They know what they are doing. They have all services you need, from oil changing to tire pressure check up. You can pay them cash or credit or debit card. You can serve yourself with a cup of tea or coffee in the waiting room. The shop is also located inside a gas station where you can find a car wash and you can fill up your gas or buy something you need from the minimart. Thank you Petromin Express for your amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and fast, but the location is not great. The whole gas station usually has lots of cars and parking isn't great and if you want to get in line then you'll most likely have to back up a lot to give space for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best options of others available options in market, but not definitely like the Car agency. Petromin provide very well trained staff and very good organized place in terms of decoration and style as well as the services. (Record of your car oil change, 2 packages includes extra services). But the things that I rated them 2 is that they are imposing the client by try to add more services to be added even not important. I added this comment after years of observations and this is not one time observation. Air filter which I just changed last oil change in Car Agency, Pertomin tell me that they will change it? Why? Just to increase the bill.
My advice to the top management and owner there to try to not take advantage from client. You have good reputation and please keep on it instead of ad xxx SAR to the invoice.
