اثناء قيامي بعمل صيانة دورية لدى هذا الفرع العامل كسر مفتاح ريش مكيف كماهو موضح بالصورة وأثناء حديثي معاه ادعى بعدم القيام بذلك
تواصلت على رقم خدمة العملاء بدون اي فائدة مايردون أبد
رفعت إيميل ومافي أي فائدة !!
Bad company and don't respect the customer
While I was doing periodic maintenance at this working branch, an air-conditioned blade switch was broken, as shown in the picture. During my conversation with him, he claimed not to do so.
I called the customer service number to no avail
I uploaded an email and it was of no use!!
