★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وردهم و التنسيق جيد بس كتعامل و احترام للعميل سيئين جدا تعاملت معاهم اكثر من مره سواء في المواعيد او ايصال الورد تاخر و عدم التزام رغم التحويل البنكي المسبق ولو في اقل من نجمه عطيتهم
 Their response and coordination is good, but the treatment and respect for the customer is very bad. I dealt with them more than once, whether in appointments or the delivery of roses was delayed and lack of commitment despite the prior bank transfer, even if in less than one star I gave them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من افضل محلات الورد في مكه. صحيح الاسعار مرتفعه شويا لكن قليلة في حقهم. ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن معاملة رائعة مع العميل و ورود متنوعه و اهم شي التنسيق يجنن و يبيض الوجه.
الفلاورست صفوان انصحكم بيه ماشاء الله عليه مبدع و يعطيك فرصة تختار الورد الا تبغاه حبه حبه و بتنسيق جميل.
الله يبارك لهم في رزقهم.
One of the best flower shops in Mecca. It is true that the prices are a little high, but they are few in their right. العاملين روحهم وأسلوبهم وتعاملهم ورد قبل ما ينسقوا الورد نفسه.
مكان مستحيل تطلع منه غير راضي.
مكان تتحمس وتنشرح نفسك وأنت داخله في كل مره أكثر من الي قبلها.
أتعمد أدور عن المناسبات الي تحتاج تقديم ورد عشان أزور بستان.
عموماً التجربة أبلغ من الكلام بعشرات المرات.
للأبد مكاني المفضل وللأبد أنصح به وبشدة?
Orchard aptly named!
The workers, their spirit, their style, and their dealings came before they coordinated the roses themselves.

A place where you get excited and explain yourself while you are inside it more than the one before.
I deliberately turn around for occasions that need to present flowers in order to visit an orchard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعا تقييمي مو للمكان ولا للشكل حعطي نجمة للكاشير الي م عندو اسلوب ولا ذوق خطيبي جاي من الرياض ومستني من الساعه ٣ عند المحل اول شي دق ع المحل قالو ١٠ دقايق احنا عندك ولطعوه نص ساعه تاني حاجه يوم دخل ويكلم الكاشير بكل اسلوب وادب واحترام قاله الكاشير لازم حجز قاله معليش انو م كان يدري واصلا هوا مو من هنا ومستعجل ي ليت يساعدو قام قالو الكاشير والله مو مشكلتي انك م تدري ومقدر اساعدك ! خير دا اسلوب تتكلم فيه مع الزبون حقيقي انقهرت لاني انا الي دليتو ع المكان لكن الشرهه مو عليه الشرهه على صاحب المكان الي مشغل واحد كدا

They said the cashier, I swear, I swear, it's not my problem that you don't know and I can help you! This is a good way to talk to the customer. I was really defeated because I was the one who came to the place, but the greedy did not have to be greedy for the owner of the place to one operator like this.
