★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معامله سيئه وأسلوب متعجرم امام الزبائن وصوت عالي واستشهاد المدير بالزبائن لاقناعي وهذا اسلوب غير مقبول ولذلك سحبت معاملتي معهم وأيضا سعر غالي ومبالغ فيه والهدف واضح عندما يكون لديك تأمين.
Bad treatment, arrogant style in front of customers, loud voice, and the manager’s citation of customers to convince me, and this is an unacceptable method, so I withdrew my treatment with them and also an expensive and exaggerated price, and the goal is clear when you have insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف آخر مرة افكر اتعامل فيها اعطيتهم مقاس واعطوني مقاس للعدسات غير اللي طلبته رغم تأكيدي على المقاس وعند الاستلام وبعدها رفضوا الاسترجاع حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
Unfortunately, the last time I thought of dealing with it, I gave them a size and they gave me a size for the lenses other than the one I requested, despite my confirmation on the size and upon receipt, and then they refused to return.
