★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المؤسسة كانت عظيمه بموظفيها وتعاملهم الراقي ولكن حاليا تضارب في الأاراء بين فرع وفرع وتعامل سي وغير راقي من الموظفين بالذات من فرع السامر الموظف المصري . تم تجربة ٣ فروع بنتائج غير مستحبة تأخير في تسليم نظارة وعدم الأتصال على الزبون في فرع الفيحاء وتضارب اراء في فرع السامر والامير سلطان فرع الامير سلطان لايقبل التأمين الإ بختم إستشاري وفرع السامر سوء تعامل من قبل الموظف المصري وصعوبة في إتمام شراء نظارة بالتأمين . الرجاء وضع رقم تواصل شكوى لتحسين الجوده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان موظف الاستقبال سيئ للغايه، عدم احترام للزبون وبمجرد الاختلاف على السعر قام بتقطيع أوراق الكشوفات الطبيه وعدم احترامنا كـ زبناء للمتجر + عدنا له بسبب ان النظاره أعجبتنا» اخذ المال المتفق عليه لكن لم يعطي.. اتفقنا على نظاره يكون فيها عاكس للاشعه وتم الاتفاق على كل التفاصيل استلمت النظاره والان بعد شهر تقريبا تفاجأت إنه لايوجد عاكس للاشعه ب النظاره!!!! هل هذا احترام للزبون؟؟ بعد استلام النظاره طلب منا تقييمه ومدحه و تعاطفنا معه وقلنا حرام رزقه الرجال يمكن راح يستفيد لكن رد لنا الجميل؟؟ لا بختصار لم يحقق الاتفاق رغم انه اخذ فلوسه!!!! حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بس يعني الشخص يدفع من دم قلبه وبعدين مايحصل على الي دفع عليه؟؟ اتمنى صاحب المحل يتواصل معي "اذا كان يهمه رأي الزبونالي يدفع لمحله ومايلقى الي دفع عشانه"

Is this respect for the customer?? After receiving the glasses, he asked us to rate him and praise him, and we sympathized with him, and we said it is forbidden for him to provide for men. He may benefit, but he returned the favor to us?? No, in short, he did not achieve the agreement even though he took his money!!!! God suffices me, and He is the best agent, but I mean the person pays with the blood of his heart, and then does he get what he paid for?? I hope the owner of the shop contacts me “if he is interested in the opinion of the customer, he pays for his shop and does not get paid for it.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قراءة التعليقات قبل زيارة المحل واعتقدت انه في مبالغه في التعليقات من ناحية السلبية
أولاً مافتح بالموعد المحدد 4:30 عصراً وجلسنا نتظر 18 دقيقة برى في الحر والشمس وهو داخل قاعد
وبعد مادخلت قعد على الكاشير ولا عبر احد دور اللي تبغى
وبعدين سألته عن الفحص قال يجي 5 و10 او 15
الاسعار جداً مرتفعه للأطارات
اضطريت اخذها لاني مسافر والا الخيارات والبدائل كثيرة
عموماً لا انصح به البدائل كثيرة
او افحص ب50 وفصل النظارة باي مكان
ووقت الاستلام نفس التعامل متكي على الكرسي
ماعندهم اي لباقه او فن تعامل مع الزبائن
نجمتين لانهم طلعو نظارتي بعد العشاء
