★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?طلبت منهم فستانين اثنين في منتصف رمضان..وواحد منهم لم يناسب المقاس فطلبت استرجاعة حسب السياسة لديهم قبل العيد تقريبا باسبوعين وحتى الآن نحن اليوم ١٦ شوال لم يتم ارسال مندوب لاستلام المنتج ومماطلات تنتهي بالاعتذار الذي لا فائدة منه بالرغم من ان شحن المنتج
أتحمله أنا ٣٠ ريال وعند الاسترجاع ايضا يخصم مني ٣٠ ريال من سعر المنتج المسترجع..تجربة سييييئة جداااا معهم عند الطلب عن طريق اللاين لن تتكرر بإذن
? I asked them for two dresses, two in the middle of Ramadan..and one of them did not fit the size, so I asked to return it according to their policy, about two weeks before Eid, and so far we are today 16 Shawwal. No representative has been sent to receive the product and delays end with an apology that is useless even though the product was shipped
I bear it for 30 riyals, and when I return it, 30 riyals will also be deducted from me from the price of the returned product..a very bad experience with them when ordering through the line. It will not be repeated, with permission.
