★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خامات الأقمشة بعضها رديئة جدا، أخذت فستان لبنتي ومن اللبسة الأولى وبدون غسيل نمش مرة. والموظفات في فرع عزيز مول تعاملهم سئ، بالذات وحدة تتكلم مع الزبون باستحقار. نفسي أفهم، هذول الموظفات ما يخضعوا لتدريب قبل التوظيف! سوء المعاملة قد يخسر المحل زبائن كثير.
