The worst place. No wonder a branch in Al Andalus shut down. The whole business needs to shut down!!! Such a freaking rip off. Potions are way too tiny. The food is disgusting as well!!! What a bunch of thieves. PLEASE SHUT DOWN AND DONT PROFIT OFF PEOPLE IN SUCH UNHOLY MANNERS.

Ordered an offer for 4 people on the menu consist of 2 medium pizza and 2 sides and drinks for 80+ sar but the cashier said it’s not available instead he told us to go with the family offer which is 107 sar consist of 2 medium pizza, chicken salad, pasta, drinks and garlic bread. Without asking us he gave us wedges instead of garlic bread. I don’t want wedges and if garlic bread is not available then why do you force me to take this offer instead of letting me take the offer of 4 people! Clearly you just want to cost me more and not even deliver me your correct offer! Ordered dynamite chicken and of course its jot available, nothing is really available and once again he pushed us to order ranch chicken! Just what ever suit you well! Family section is on the upper floor and to reach it we have to get out of the shop and take the next door, reached the table saw there is no tissues and no one around, so i have to go back down, exit the shop and get to the singles section again to take the tissue, exit the shop again and return to the second floor. Forgot the water, go back down again, exit the shop and go back in again to the singles and take the water from the cashier then exit the shop again, get into family section, take the stairs again. The room was freezing on the upper level, go back down again, exit the shop, get back in to the single section asked the cashier to lower the a/c. Exit the shop, go back in to the family section, take the stairs and reached the table. ☺️☺️ After the dinner, there are left over, because the pasta has no taste, there is no salt and no pepper on the table to help with the taste and many left over pizza slices with wedges that no one likes it cuz it tastes like frozen item, you can literally taste it like an ice cube. So i have to ask to take away the leftovers, so what i gotta do? Yeah that’s right go down, exit the shop, get back in from the single section, ask the cashier, exit the shop again, get back in through the family section and take the stairs again. ☺️☺️☺️ A gym not a restaurant! Anyway, i’m not going back to this restaurant, it’s not that i’m recommending people not to go to this restaurant, it’s just the experience was really unprofessional and really bad for me. Other people may like the restaurant, but for me it’s a never again experience! Never!

I tried the place because it was recommended by a friend. Their pastas are really tasty especially the mexican pasta (thumbs up for that). But i wont recommend the pizza because its kinda tasteless.

We got chicken pasta and beef lasagna. The chicken pasta with white sauce, added all vegetables, spices and paid extra to add cheese. It was prepared well, right in front of us and tasted great. It was creamy and flavorful. The beef lasagna was also delicious and had strong flavours. Decent sized portions and reasonable prices. Seating was clean and spacious Must try atleast once
