★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That Very unprofessional respond to a feedback and a complain made me not consider calling and and asking about the place for my son, there is rules to have your business succeed and the first one is the customer is always right ! And the way you talk to a customer does matter even an angry and complaining one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good school **but unfortunately** very bad communication unfriendly and even (so many times) rude. For example ONLY: When she was asked about the registration of the school as an official school in Saudi she replied (التأخير من عندكم) She assumes any saudi national is responsible for their school not being registered or this is the way she talks to Saudis maybe! I don’t know! Just a friendly reminder for those who run any business in Saudi and making profit out of this land: Appreciate Saudi Arabia and try to be thankful, and most importantly be polite and humble.
