They showed me the job offer, and when I came to sign the contract, I tried to find out what was required of me before I signed the job (the issue came up from the other side), they were supposed to be honest from my early days. The question that I need to answer is, does the system prevent this method or Saudization?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ احسن قرار سويته اني استقلت منهم، نصيحه لحد يتعب نفسه و لا يروح يشتغل عندهم ، اسوء اداره فالتاريخ هذا اذا كان فيه اداره كل واحد عنده كلمه من راسه و الموضوع كله سعوده فوق تحت ، لكن فيه شي هم غافلين عنه ان فيه رب فوق و راح يحاسبهم واحد واحد ، ومن وجهة نظري كلها فتره و بتتقفل شركتهم بالكامل ، نصيحه محد منهم يحترم الثاني ابببببد ابببببدا سوء اداره و سوء تعامل و لا فيه احترام لاحد ولا شي !
The best decision I made was that I resigned from them. Advice for someone who tires himself and does not go to work for them. The worst administration. This history is if there is a management. Everyone has a word from his head and the whole issue is Saudization above and below, but there is something they are unaware of that there is a Lord above and gone. They are held accountable one by one, and from my point of view it is all for a while and their company is closed down completely, the advice of one of them respects the other, it starts mismanagement and mishandling and there is no respect for anyone or anything!
