★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager has an ego, no respect, and doesn’t even wear a uniform, also got my order wrong thanks ? also charged me for 2 chicken fries 10 pieces and I got only 1 and it contained 8 pieces the sad part is that the manager was the one who took my order a Saudi bald headed guy be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i went to their drive through, minutes later they put my order behind the glass window and go away, 18 minutes later another staff member come so I waved at him, he seemed surprised to see me.
Comes in, i repeated my order, he says "yes here it is!" It's been setting their for all that time and i just had to wait for no reason!
Plus i asked him if he, or someone, put ketchup and may, he says confidentiality, yes inside the bag. I checked and there's none.

Now it is all going downhill. Very sad

1st : the employee ignored me while i was in drive through lane and continued his fighting with delivery-apps guys, I waited around 20 minutes before he took my order! And took another 20 minutes to close it
2end: he got my order wrong ! I ordered triple waper burger without onion, tomato and pickles, and they gave it to me with tomato!!
Also, I ordered double royal chicken burger and they gave it to my single!!!!
3end: drive through ordering system was out of service
4rd: no social distancing !!
5th: they did not seal my order bags with any kind of tapes
6th: the hall branch does not have French fries !! and due to that THE GAVE ME ONION RINGS WITH OUT ASKING ME!!!!!!!
7th: and this is how they gave me my order !! In this kind of bags!! Like if I ordered from a food truck!!!!
I will never order from any branch of Burger King world wide again , worst food drive through ordering experience in my life ever!!!
1 star out of 5 is waaaaaaaay generous to what i saw to day ?!!!
