حيث يوجد به فندق سكني رائع جدا لاسيما اسعاره مبالغ بها كثيرا وهناك مقاهي وكافيهات ومطاعم متنوعة ومحلات تجارية وفرع للبنك الأهلي بداخله ويوجد به ايضا مجمع ترفيهي من ملاعب للأطفال تزلج والعاب متنوعة شتى وصالة للتنس والبولنج والبلياردو ومواقف للسيارات وانصح بزيارته.
 Integrated residential commercial complex
Where there is a very wonderful residential hotel, especially its prices are very exaggerated, and there are cafes, cafes, various restaurants, shops, and a branch of the National Bank inside it. There is also an entertainment complex of children's ski playgrounds, various various games, a tennis hall, bowling, billiards and parking lots. I recommend visiting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول زيارة لي بالطائف كانت للبرج خصوصا الكوفي و الإطلاله تقريبا شيء جميل و احساس حلو ماجربت منظر الصباح من هناك لاني زرته بالليل كان هادي و شيء رايق و فيه ميزه رغم ارتفاع اسعاره الا ان تصميمه جدا متواضع ف ماهو وجهة اللي يحبون المظاهر الاولى !!
My first visit in Taif was to the tower, especially the coffee, and the view is almost a beautiful thing and a sweet feeling. I did not experience the morning view from there because I visited it at night, it was calm and something elegant and there was an advantage despite its high prices, but its design is very modest, so what is the destination of those who love the first appearances!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حلو ولكن يقفل مرا بدري ولكن مرتببببب ونظيف جدا جدا جدا وشكرا على كل المهتمين والقائمين على هذا المكان وشكر للاداره والموظفين. وايضا شكر خاص ل عاملين النظافه لان من دخلت ل خرجت من المكان وانا اشوفهم بكل زاويه ينظفون ويلمعون القزاز والارض ??????????????
Sweet, but it closes early, but it is very tidy and very clean. Thank you to all those who are interested in this place, and thanks to the management and staff. Also, a special thanks to the cleaning staff, because whoever entered, I left the place and I see them in every corner cleaning and polishing the razor and the ground ???????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اطلاله حلوه ، واسعار مبالغ فيها ، كيك ناشف ، اضاءات خارجيه ضعيفه ، شبه عدم تواجد للعاملين في المقهى ، اتمنى تطوير المكان لان المكان يستاهل اكثر من كذا ?
