★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من المحلات المميزة في لبن ويتميز بتوفر اكثر من منتج والاسعار في متناول الجميع والموظفين متميزون في تعاملهم بداية من الاستاذ صبري مدير الفرع والدكتور ناندو والاخ بسام العتيبي ولديهم خيارات خاصة بالاطفال ويقدمون عروض خاصة بالعدسات اللاصقة ومن الاشياء الجيدة نصح الاستاد صبري لما يناسب كل شخص من ناحية المقاس والموديل والنوع واللون وشرحه اكثر عن العدسات الطبية وكل واحدة وميزاتها وادائها واي نوع يفضل لطبيعة عملك (دراسة - العمل على الحاسب - او العمل تحت اشعة الشمس ….) وايضا نصحه في طريقة تعاملك من النظارة وكيفية المحافظة عليها وللعلم يقدمون ضمان سنة على منتجاتهم ويرفقون لك كرت الضمان ويوضح فيه التاريخ ومقاس النظر والشركة الضامنة ونوع العدسات فكل الشكر والتقدير لطاقم العمل على خدمتهم الرائعة وتجاوبهم السريع حيث لم ياخذ اكثر من ٤٨ ساعة وكان طلبي جاهز وتواصلوا معي بمجرد تم تجهيز الطلب

بعد اجراء الفحص قال عندك مشكلة في النظر
قمت بدفع 700 ريال . وقال بعد يومين تجي تستلم نظارتك .
جيت في الموعد استلم نظارتي وجدت النظارة ( نظارة قراءة ) قلت المبلغ كبير وانت قلت عندك مشكلة اكبر في النظر. رفضت استلم النظارة ورفض يرجع لي المبلغ.
طلبت رقم ادارة المحل او صاحب المحل . قال انااااا صااااحب المحل. الموضوع له الان مايقارب 4 شهور.
النظارة معه في المحل وفلوسي كذلك معه !!

The glasses are with him in the store and my money is with him as well!!
