They don’t deserve 5 stars.
At Check in I wait 2 hours?, even the check in at 04:00 pm. You can see how they deal with customer is soooo bad.

But the service is sh*t and the waiters have no experience or manners.
And a-lot of conflicts in information.
The waiter says there is a minimum amount to pay, and the reception says something else.
This place is low class and the food is horrible!
Wouldn’t not recommend it.
Totally not worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice ambience and location. However, the lobby which has an open area that has a pool in the middle has very uncomfortable seats. In addition, the service is very bad and it takes ages just to get the menu; mind you the order itself. My friends like it but I crossed it from my list of places to be a regular in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location. Very clean villa. Couldn’t give 5 star as there is a loud music from the hotel cafe which keeps me awake until midnight. Also some necessary stuff were not there at the kitchen like boiler. I had to call many times before we finally got it the following day.

But no basic hotel services
1. No complimentary breakfast
2. Limited room service menu
3. Non functional hot water shower
Premium facilities but could have been better considering premium price tag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. You can barely get food on time because they never answer their phone. It’s better to cook by yourself or else you’ll starve to death. We always have to wait for 15mins or more before someone opens the gate, and sometimes we’re late to our appointments because there’s no one to open the gate and the staff is busy playing volleyball. As I’m writing this it’s been 5hrs since I’ve been continuously calling to order from the kitchen and no one answers. Save your money and don’t bother booking this horrible service hotel.
