★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called the office to arrange an office visit and to get to know more about their services and to work with them. They sound unprofessional and disrespectful to their client. They said, we do have a website so go check it out. Word of mouth is one of the fundamental and traditional marketing strategies for any business (how about digital marketing agencies like them ). My word of mouth about this agency is( if they are pretty poor to sell their services to the clients like me, how will they assist you with your marketing needs). I don't strongly recommend them, in particular, Mr. JADE .
للأمانة يؤسفني كتابه هذا التعليق السلبي لكن هذا واقع تجربتي الشخصية
اتصلت على هذا المكتب وكان الشخص غير لطيف وغير مرحب على استقبال اتصالي ابدا. حاولت احصل على موعد في المكتب خصوصا مع الإجراءات الاحترازية ما راح أقدر أزور المكتب من غير ما اعرف هل انهم فاتحين باب الزيارة او حتى احدد موعد. رد الشخص واعتقد اسمه جاد كان عندنا موقع وتقدر تشوف الموقع. السؤال ليش حاطين رقم إذا ما ودكم تستقبلون اتصالات العملاء.. أتمنى تدربون الأشخاص في التعامل مع العملاء (خصوصا الأستاذ جاد) لا انصح رواد الاعمال وأصحاب المشاريع بالتعامل مع وكاله التسويق هذي لأنهم غير لبقين في التعامل ابدا. بالتوفيق لكم

To be honest, I regret writing this negative comment, but this is the reality of my personal experience
I called this office and the person was unkind and unwelcome to never receive my call. I tried to get an appointment at the office, especially with the precautionary measures. I will not be able to visit the office without knowing whether they are opening the door of the visit or even make an appointment. The person responded, and I think his name is Gad. We had a website and you can see the site. The question is why do you have a number if you want to receive customer calls .. I hope you train people in dealing with clients (especially Mr. Gad). I do not advise entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to deal with this marketing agency because they are not lenient in dealing at all. Good luck
