The most horrible service in Riyadh its more 60days and still didn’t recv my cargo in India, they are not even bothered to provide the tracking details nor they are responding to phone calls.

Among all the cargo's in Riyadh .. BPL is the best service provider . i recieved my parcel Within 9 days and i am totally happy with service .

Worst experience .. Received my cargo with almost all the product in damaged condition.. They are least bothered for customer .. for them only their money matters .. The products received were all broken - seems every second it was dropped everywhere until it was delivered to my address.. Always remeber - the products which we are sending to our country are from hard earned halal money ... Fear Allah and do your job with honesty ..

Most pathetic cargo service ever. These goons managed to lost my cargo package and had no idea where it went. Never ever use their service as it is completely unreliable. HWB no. AR13156 On 20th April 2022 i booked my cargo package to be shipped from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Karachi, Pakistan using their service. The package included a total of 7 parcels with an accumulated weightage of 87 KG and included various household items, clothing, apparel and toiletries that were considered very expensive. Upon receipt of the consignment it was discovered that BPL Cargo Service used another third party cargo service namely Dir Cargo Service for the delivery of the parcel, having no connection with the consigner or any terms and conditions agreed with the consigner that such third party was being involved in the consignment. On 18th May 2022, the package was delivered to the Consignee’s address in Karachi, Pakistan having one parcel weighing 11 KG missing from the package. This missing parcel was deemed as cleared from the local Pakistani custom authorities and received by Dir Cargo Service, however, during the delivery of package to the Consignee’s address, the parcel was reportedly lost during way as stated by the employees of Dir Cargo Service. The consignee acknowledged the item as missing from the total pieces and inquired upon the status of missing items from the employees of both cargo services. Upon further deliberation it was acknowledged later by both cargo service parties that the above stated parcel is concluded as “lost” and/or “stolen” and acknowledged this as their responsibility. However, no such official report was filed by the cargo services to local authorities in an attempt to find the missing parcel. This was an extremely frustating process. BPL service employees extremely illiterate employees to deal with customers having no knowledge or responsibility of the parcel. At the end of the day they will propose you measly SR 15kg which is way less than the actual value of the parcel. After writing this review, the BPL cargo employees threatened me to not release the claim unless i delete the review which is extremely unethical. Also they do not provide tax invoices. It is extremely important for Companies and individuals to avoid this cargo service as much as possible as they use third party unreliable partners who take zero care of your package. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
